Being a pro football (soccer) athlete has been my life and there’s nothing I won’t do to get to the highest level possible. Recently, I’ve worked one on one with Jefferson to explore lifting my game levels on the pitch and close the gap by incorporating some different outside the box approaches. When I connected with Jefferson and we started working together, I knew right away this is something no one else is doing. It is a very different type of performance training than the standard you get out there from a traditional standpoint. Immediately, I told him he is on to something big and if he can get this out there in the right way, I see it being a game changer.
As a player you have this feeling there’s more, but how do you get it out or reach in and pull it out. Those were some of the questions, I would ask myself. Jefferson and I talked about being able to access and implement things on different levels and get things working in order to excel at a higher level. There’s so many aspects that are happening at the same time as a player and he has a way of breaking things down to a much deeper level than I’ve ever expected. I could relate to what he is saying and immediately took to it the intuitive and understanding in a different way to identify things that were holding me back in achieving what I want to do.
We looked at and worked on the detailed functions of my game and mechanics of who I am as person, which is a different way to go about things. Looking at how that affects my game. I could see how it’s me that is affecting everything positive or negative. His unique approach has impacted me and how I look at things, not just on the pitch, but off the pitch in my life, preparation before a match and throughout my entire life. Ways to stay grounded and be super aware of my surroundings so that I can express my full potential.
It opened my eyes to a whole new way of approaching things and helped me realize how get more comfortable with the exceptional qualities to reach my new goals and successes on multiple levels at the same time. I can confidently say that I have never experienced or looked at things at the depths and levels that Jefferson does. We’ve become good bros and I’m positive we will continue to do great things together. I’m confident he will do the same for many others on his journey.
